Dear Resident,

Hi, this is just a reminder to let you know that there will be a Residents Meeting in The Courtyard on Tuesday 4th October at 8.00pm.  The  meeting should not take any longer than an hour.   The Committee  would  like to invite all of you to this meeting.  Previous meetings held had poor turnouts, and we hope that more of you will attend this one.  We have had some very important news from Andrews Construction and this will be discussed at the meeting.

If you have any issues that you would like to bring to our attention prior to this meeting, please email us …  Remember it is your estate, and your opinions count.  The Committee  is  here to help you, but we also need your help.
