Hi all

It was reported to me this morning that there was an attempted abduction of a 10year old girl from the Canterbrook estate on the Dublin/Trim road yesterday afternoon. A white male with spiky blond hair driving a dark coloured car approached this child and offered her sweets to get into his car. This incident happened outside her own house and luckily she had the good sense to run. The Gardai were called and have taken statements.

I would urge you all to send this information out to all your email contacts around the area. Prevention is better than cure. This man is in the area of Navan and could be in any estate. Please be extra vigilant and always keep an eye on all children within your estate. Should you see any one acting strangely or any cars within the area that is watching children, call the Gardai and report it immediately.

Will keep you all informed of any developments.
