Late Night League

late Night league

Dear Residents Associations

An opportunity to get the young people of Johnstown active is available for 12-15 year olds to take part in Late Night League 5-a-side in Claremont Stadium 8pm-10pm. Please find attached flyer with details.

It would be great if a team from Johnstown where represented as the winner of the league will take part in the finals in Dublin.

Can you please circulate around to anyone that may be interested?

Thank you for your support.

Kind Regards

Margo

Johnstown Pedestrian and Cycle Improvements

Attention All residents. It is very important!!! Council  proposed 3 pedestrian/cycle routes into Bailis Downs/Athlumney Abbey. Few years ago the fence was built between our estate and Athlumney Abbey to stop traffic through both estates. There will be no security at all as there will be more ways in/out from the estate. Please attend the information meeting and STOP that happening!!! Thanks.

All estates need to be on the same page to stop this.

Johnstown Tidy Towns clean up day

https://www.facebook.com/events/1756605761254375/

Everyone welcome to come and help out at our first Johnstown tidy towns clean up day 8th October 11am -6pm.  Meeting at 11am at Hickeys pharmacy entrance for a general clean up along the main road and into the various estates. For those who can’t meet up on the day, maybe you could do a tidy up of you’re own area…and let’s hope this can be the start of a new, cleaner, smarter looking Johnstown.
