Well it’s that time of year again, when the Fun Team are beginning to organise this years event. The date is set for SAT 4TH JUNE, Bouncy Castles and DJ booked. So it is all systems are go.
If anyone has a business and would like to donate a prize of some sort can you please contact me via here or at 16 Oak Crescent. We had some great prizes last year, and hope to match it again this year. Thank you in advance if you can donate something.
Even if you want to help out with donating food for the day that would be, for example someone from Rowan Glen has approached us saying they can bake us cookies and biscuits .. yum yum yum !!!!
Keep your eyes on this for more info; and the Fun Team will issue a News letter between now and then to let you know more about the day (prob in May sometime).

CHOCOLATE BUNNIES: The Fun Team would like to inform you that having knocked on doors and doing call backs to distribute chocolate bunnies to the kids who attended last years Family Fun Day, we had about 20 left over, these were donated to the Womens Refuge in Flower Hill, Navan, where they will be bring great happiness to the kids there 🙂 and don’t forget this years Family Fun Day will be on SAT 4TH JUNE. Ribbon / Bunting Appeal …… The Florist we got most of our ribbon from for the past two years may not be in a position to help us out this year. If anyone knows where we could get hold of some ribbon or bunting, at a very reasonable price, can you please let us know, by either contacting us here, or contact Tracey at 17 Oak Crescent, or on Facebook via the discussion board under “Family Funday 2011”. Please do not actually purchase any ribbon/bunting, just let us know of price etc and the Fun Team will compare prices. Thanks a million.
