Residents please be aware…

Anyone in the area please make sure your doors are locked at night and even the daytime. At aprox 2.40am on Sat/Sun a man was in the extension in the house, (in Boyne View) the owner was watching tv, everyone else was asleep in bed when he heard the kitchen door opening. He thought it was one of the kids coming down for a drink, but no, it was someone after getting into the house. He ran the culprit off and called the Gardai. He was wearing a navy/dark coloured hoodie and lonsdale runners, which he left behind at the front door. So, please be carful and keep your doors locked at all times.
